Estimating Guidelines

Since there are many variables that effect the cost of a printing job, the accuracy of our estimates depends on the accuracy and completeness of your specifications.

Our estimates always have some degree of flexibility, and may be revised upon viewing final artwork.

Unless specifically stated, estimates do no include computer manipulation of files, author's corrections, freight or sales tax.

If submitted specifications are inappropriate for our capabilities, we can not meet turnaround, or if we feel that we can not provide a competitive price due to service area or other considerations, we will reply with a "NO BID". Whenever possible, we will also include a brief explanation or a referral to an appropriate supplier.
